John J. Zivich, President

Currently owns and operates Regency Roofing - ShakeMasters^® for over 37 years resulting in expertise in roof estimation, installation, sales and management of stone coated steel (metal) roofs, cedar shakes/shingles, EPDM and asphalt/fiberglass roofing.  John has many years of working with insurance companies covering residential and condominium associations, especially in the hurricane prone state of Florida.  His expert opinion has been sought regarding roof details and specifications by architects, adjusters, roof consultants and homeowner’s associations throughout the eastern U.S.  Member of Cedar Shake & Shingle Bureau, Metal Roof Alliance, Palm Beach Roofing & Sheet Metal Association and Council of Small Enterprises (COSE).

Paul Zivich, Project/Sales Manager

24 years of hands on experience in estimation, installation, maintenance and crew/supervisor management of cedar shakes/shingle, asphalt, fiberglass, EPDM and stone coated steel roofs.  Proficient in managing large specialty roofing projects and condominium reroofs and also developing repair programs for property managers and HOAs while they budget for reroofing.  Florida State Certified Roofing Contractor #CCC1325682.

Anthony Sciandra, Representative

22 years of experience in all phases of roofing.  He originally started working on the re-roof crew and worked his way to becoming manager of our restoration and maintenance division for six years.  Anthony has since moved to estimating and management of projects.  He has much experience from the hurricane years in dealing with insurance adjusters and mortgage companies.  Customer service is his specialty along with his extensive knowledge of all roofing systems.
